HELP CENTER

A little clarity goes a long way.

Your questions about research, reports and your account.

What is intrinsic value?

An estimate of economic value based on company fundamentals and valuation assumptions. It may differ from market price.

How do weekly reports work?

Free gives 3 different stocks per week, Premium 15, Unlimited no weekly cap. Revisiting a stock does not use another report. The week resets Monday at 00:00 Istanbul time.

What is a DCF model?

A model that discounts future cash flows to today. Browse all available scenarios and assumptions in read-only form.

What is relative valuation?

A valuation approach using ratios such as P/E or EV/EBITDA. Availability depends on the source and company.

How fresh is the data?

The maximum refresh frequency is daily. Financial statements change only when a report or correction is published. Price, model and financial-period dates can differ.

Which markets are covered?

The current product covers US stocks. A company appearing in search does not mean every report is ready. Missing reports or fields are not replaced with estimates.

How do changes and cancellations work?

Plan changes apply at the next renewal. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves access until the paid period ends. An unpaid renewal does not extend access.

Can I request a refund?

Your first monthly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days. Use the contact page.

Why can price and value dates differ?

Prices, model snapshots and financial filings are updated independently. Read the date next to each dataset. A new price does not necessarily mean the company published a new financial report.

Why is a figure blank?

A source may not supply the field, the company may not report it, or the calculation may not be meaningful for that business. A dash means unavailable, not zero.

What is the difference between a model and an analyst target?

A model estimate follows stated valuation assumptions. An analyst target is a recorded analyst opinion. DCF projections are not a substitute for a complete analyst financial consensus.

What does the backtest show?

It displays the source’s published global simulation, not the performance of a Sardis portfolio or your account. The methodology and its limitations are explained on the backtest page.

Is yearly billing charged every month?

No. The price is displayed as a monthly equivalent for comparison. The disclosed annual total is charged once for the year; review the final amount at checkout.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Cancel renewal in subscription settings if you want future charges to stop. An existing subscription can be reconnected after signing up with the same verified email.

Will signing up reset my free allowance?

No. Recent anonymous usage carries over. Anonymous access also has a shared weekly network limit; verified sign-in may be required on a shared network.

Can I buy stocks or save alerts here?

Sardis is a research application. The current version does not execute trades, save valuation models or send price alerts. The margin-of-safety control only illustrates a price.
