Information we use
We process account details such as name and email, authentication records, weekly report usage, subscription references, support messages and security logs. Password authentication is handled by the authentication provider in the configured production service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; they are not stored in our application database.
Purposes and service providers
We use information to operate accounts, deliver reports, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, respond to requests and protect the service. The configured infrastructure includes Supabase, Render, Google sign-in, Cloudflare verification and the payment provider. Data is shared only as necessary for the respective function.
Storage and access
We restrict access to personal information and retain it for the purposes and legal obligations that apply. Account deletion does not necessarily remove financial or security records that must be retained. Deleting an account removes the login and profile; billing references and an email-derived recovery key remain so an ongoing subscription can be managed after verified registration. Recent usage is kept to prevent quota resets. The personal data notice explains processing grounds and applicable rights.
