14-day full refund
Your first monthly or annual subscription is covered by a 14-day full refund policy. Send your request within 14 days of the first successful purchase. You do not need to justify the request.
How to request a refund
Use the contact page and include your account email and sufficient information to identify the purchase. Do not send your card number, password or security code. We may ask for verification to protect the account.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method without a service deduction. Bank posting times can differ. A full refund ends the associated paid access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends; it is not automatically a refund request. The first-purchase guarantee does not create a new 14-day period at every renewal, without prejudice to rights under applicable law.
